This is a wonderful addition to Chrome apps. I've just installed it on my work PC and like others can now read my Kindle books without adding additional software - which is restricted on my work PC anyway.
I'll be checking this out to see how well it functions on my Chromium / Chromebook later today. (I'm using a Chromium (Hexxeh) build on an Acer Aspire 1 and am really pleased with it). The lack of a Kindle App for it was a bit restrictive, but now that (hopefully) is resolved with the publication of this Chrome app I'm one step closer to purchasing a Chromebook. However I'm waiting for the Acer Chromebook to become available in Europe.
